PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as an inhibitor of a protein kinase. SOLUTION: The compound of the present invention and its pharmaceutically acceptable compositions are useful as an inhibitor of a protein kinase. In an embodiment, these compounds are useful as an inhibitor of a protein kinase of SYK, JAK-3 or GSK-3. The compound of the present invention and its pharmaceutically acceptable compositions are useful for treating or preventing various diseases, disorders or symptoms including an immune disorder trouble, an inflammatory disease, an allergic disease, an autoimmune disease, a proliferative trouble, an immunity-mediated disease and a respiratory organ trouble.
