PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-insulated converter which materializes high-efficiency low-voltage ripple properties even if voltage is converted greatly. SOLUTION: A chain of specified ON-OFF control is repeated for first and second switches in the first to forth periods by making them have a phase difference when driving the first and second switch elements and limiting its time ratio within a specified range. A series circuit consisting of the primary winding of first and second transformers and a capacitor for voltage division is connected in series to an input power source, the secondary winding of the first transformer, and an output smoothing capacitor in the first period, and is connected in series to the secondary winding of the second transformer and an output smoothing capacitor in a third period so as to generate two-phase exciting currents in the first and second transformers.
