PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the matter of conventional driver circuit that it is difficult to control the output amplitude or the output voltage such as the neutral voltage of a CML circuit, and the matter of conventional driver circuit that the high level of output voltage of the CML circuit is dropped from the power supply voltage. SOLUTION: The driver circuit has an amplitude conversion section delivering a differential output signal by converting the amplitude of a differential input signal, a section for setting the amplitude of the differential output signal, and a section for setting the central value of amplitude of the differential output signal.
