PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly guide a synchronizer ring of a transmission of a shift type transmission by providing a guide member between a gear surface of a gear and a hub surface to guide an outside attaching surface of the guide member with a friction surface at inside in the synchronizer ring hub, in a cylindrical hollow surface of the synchronizer ring hub. SOLUTION: In a ring member 3, a largest diameter d1 is at the gear surface 7 of the gear 71 and a smallest diameter d2 is at the hub surface 8. The ring member 3 fixes the synchronizer ring 1 in the cylindrical hollow space 9 of the synchroniser ring hub 10 by a protection means 11 against rotation which is integrally connected to the ring member 3 and extended from the gear surface 7 of the ring member 3 in a direction toward the hub surface 8. In a predetermined region between the gear surface 7 and the hub surface 8, a guide member 12 is provided for the ring member 3 and the attaching surface 5 is guided on an inner surface of the cylindrical hollow space 9 by the guide member 12.
