PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of surely mounting a terminal fitting on a housing, with a high anti-coming-off strength of a terminal fitting, and excellent assembly workability. SOLUTION: The connector is provided with a housing, a terminal fitting, and a lock piece. The housing has a terminal housing hole in penetration, and the terminal housing hole has a locking stepped part and a claw locking part. The terminal fitting has an elastic locking piece with a contact part at its tip side and a wire for electric connection at a rear end protruded from a terminal fitting side to a rear end side. The lock piece has an anti-terminal-coming-off part and a locking claw, inserts the terminal fitting from the tip side into the terminal housing hole of the housing, the locking claw is locked to the claw locking part as the anti-terminal-coming-off part of the lock piece is inserted into the terminal housing hole of the housing along an outer periphery of the terminal fitting, and the anti-terminal-coming-off part prevents the terminal fitting from coming off.
