PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a well drilling device capable of installing a well just under a structure at a short construction distance in a few process. SOLUTION: This well drilling device is composed of a boring advancing head 1 having a drilling means in the oblique direction in a tip part, a flexible rod 2 connected to its rear and advancing and rotating the boring advancing head 1, a flexible pipe body 4 connected to the rear of the boring advancing head 1 via a rotary joint 3, and a shield machine 5 advancing and rotating an end part of a rod 2.
