PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel with enhanced operability in the steering wheel having a grip and a spoke. SOLUTION: The steering wheel 1 is provided with the grip 10 arranged turnably around an axis of a steering shaft 30; and the spoke 20 having a first connection part (one end 21a of tube member 21) connected to the grip 10 and a second connection part (base end 22a of rod member 22) connected to the steering shaft 30. The spoke 20 is constituted such that the tube member 21 can be moved in an axial direction such that a distance between the grip 10 and a shaft core of the steering shaft 30 becomes variable. Therefore, the tube member 21 is moved in an axial direction during turning of the grip 10, thereby, the grip 10 can draw the desired turning track in a non-circular shape around an axis of the steering shaft 30.
