PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column cover structure capable of enhancing appearance without strongly interfering with an internal structure member of an instrument panel even when the steering column is moved in a vertical direction and in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The steering column cover 14 is provided in a clearance 12 between the instrument panel 2 and the steering column 8. The steering column cover 14 is provided with a first bent part 32 and a second bent part 34, and forms an approximately U shape in side view when the steering column 8 is positioned at the frontmost position. Since the shape is changed according to the position of the steering column 8, the clearance can be certainly covered and appearance at a periphery of the steering column 8 can be enhanced. Further, at this time, since an intermediate portion 38 is contacted with a steering bracket 10, deformation of the steering column cover 14 can be prevented and the appearance can be enhanced.
