<p>A tag rewinding device includes a turning shaft module for winding the printed tag into a coil. The turning shaft module includes a turning shaft, a sleeve, a motor, a friction pad and a pulley, in which the pulley applies axial pressure to the friction pad by a pressing device, the motor drives the pulley to rotate and generate a frictional torque with the friction pad, the pulley drives the friction pad to rotate along with the turning shaft, and the pulley rotates relative to the friction pad when the frictional torque is smaller than load. A method for tag rewinding comprises the steps as follows, A1) a power device is actuates and drives a transmission device to rotate, A2) the transmission device drives the turning shaft to rotate by the frictional torque, A3) the frictional torque can be adjusted. The device and method of tag rewinding according to the invention can assure the winding speed and the output speed to be consistent with the rewinding device always being in rotating state, so as to achieve better rewinding effect and space saving in use.</p> |
