FIELD: sugar industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing, sugar charging hopper, vibration tray mounted within housing on inclined springs and designed for producing of vibration fluidized sugar layer, product discharging sluice gate, and pneumatic nozzles disposed above vibration tray and communicated with means for feeding of enrichment additive solution and compressed air in order to produce aerosol. Each nozzle is equipped with electrode for electric charging of aerosol. Nozzle electrodes and vibration tray are connected to opposite poles of high-frequency direct current source. ^ EFFECT: improved spraying of additive solution onto sugar crystals, uniform distribution of said solution on crystals without agglomeration thereof. ^ 2 dwg |
