FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed control process includes current pulse supply to polarizing coil, its initiation being in advance of current pulse feed to control coil by time needed for current build-up in polarizing coil up to magnitude sufficient to obtain desired operating time.
