FIELD: machine engineering, manufacturing processes realized by electrochemical and electro-physical treatment of metallic articles, equipment for electrolytic-discharge treatment. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant includes working bath in the form of box along narrow sides of which heaters are arranged. On one wide side of bath unit for feeding electrolyte is arranged; on other side of bath unit for electrolyte overflowing provided with receiving tank is arranged. Protection casing is arranged in upper lid of bath and on upper cover of said casing manipulator in the form of vertical motion mechanism having suspension with electric current supply from power source and cartridge for treated article are mounted. Plant includes in addition unit for cooling electrolyte and unit for cleaning electrolyte. Working bath is provided with regulator for averaging temperature of near-bottom layers of electrolyte and surface layers of electrolyte; said regulator is mounted in unit for feeding electrolyte and it is in the form of perforated swirling member mounted on guide arranged on inner surface of wide side of bath. Protection casing has door with inlet fluidic air-pneumatic slit apparatus for feeding ventilating air to working space of bath. Unit for overflow of electrolyte is combined with slit fluidic apparatus for returning evaporated vapor-gas phase and pneumatically coupled with air suction-off unit mounted on upper part of receiving tank. Drive unit of manipulator is provided with device for regulating-tracking instantaneous value of immersion rate of treated surface area of article. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of treatment, enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced ecology due to sustaining predetermined concentration of electrolyte. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
