COOLING ROUTE FOR ROUND HOT ROLLED SECTIONS

FIELD: processes and equipment for hot rolling round steel bars including reinforcing bars. ^ SUBSTANCE: cooling route includes pass-through cooling sections mounted after finish stand of bar rolling mill; temperature meter; outlet roller table and cooler. Increased level of stability of mechanical properties along length of shaped articles is provided due to additional installation (behind last cooling section) of pair of pulling rollers provided with mechanism for changing gap between them and with electric rotation drive having regulator of revolution number. Temperature meter is arranged over outlet roller table and it is connected with regulator of revolution number of pulling rollers in order to keep predetermined mode at final stage of accelerated cooling of rolled pieces. ^ EFFECT: less loss of yield at rolling round steel bars. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
