FIELD: filtering facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed filter contains chamber with inlet and outlet branch pipes, filtering element in form of perforated tube placed in chamber, end valve with diameter of passage equal to inner diameter of chamber. One end of filtering element is arranged in inlet (outlet) branch pipe, and other end is furnished with end face perforated plate. Filter contains pan-mud trap arranged in lower part of chamber and installed on roller supports for displacement. Surface of filtering element is provided with guide helical ribs. If inlet branch pipe is arranged axially, ribs are made on inner surface, and at side arrangement of inlet branch pipe, ribs are made on outer surface of filtering element. Summary area of perforations of filtering element is greater than or equal to four summary areas of section of supply branch pipe, and area of section formed between inner surface of chamber and outer surface of filtering element is greater than or equal to 1.2 of inlet branch pipe section area. Valve is sector-type, with screw-nut drive. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of filter in operation, increased period of time between cleaning operations. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg |
