A system for providing a foreign coin exchange service is provided to induce business improvement of a foreign currency handling bank and reduce waste of foreign currency by offering the service between a foreign coin holder and a foreign coin user at a low fee. A foreign coin relay service company receives the foreign coins from an owner in advance and pays the received foreign coin to a user. An amount received from the user is paid to the owner through the foreign coin relay service company. The foreign coin relay service company collects a fee for a foreign coin relay service from the owner. |
