A bulb drying device is provided to realize the ideal coupling state between a fluorescent material and a bulb during a plasticizing process by uniformly drying upper and lower portions of the bulb. A bulb drying device includes a bulb mount(300) and an air supply unit(200). A discharge space is formed in a bulb. A fluorescent material is applied on an inner wall of the bulb. A through-hole having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a lower portion of a bulb is formed on the bulb mount. The air supply unit is arranged under the through-hole and sprays air into a discharge space of the bulb through the through-hole. An air supply tube(220) is connected to an air supply source and sprays air upwards through the through-hole.
