There is provided a power transmission structure of a working vehicle (1A-1E) that is configured so that a hydraulic pump unit (100) and a working machine (80) are operatively driven by a rotational power from a single driving power source (30), wherein the hydraulic pump unit (100) is operatively connected to the driving power source (30) through a shaft transmission mechanism (200), and the working machine (80) is operatively connected to the driving power source (30) through an endless belt transmission mechanism (250).
