A compound pig feed composition containing Angelica root, Polygonum root, Paeonia root and Cnidium root in a predetermined ratio is provided to improve meat quality and flavor when fed to a pig. A compound pig feed composition contains 1 to 3% by weight of each of Angelica root and Polygonum root and 0.25 to 0.75% by weight of each of Paeonia root and Cnidium root, based on the total weight of the composition. The compound pig feed composition containing Angelica root including decursin as a main ingredient, Polygonum root including anthraquinone, Paeonia root including paeoniflorin and Cnidium root including ligustilide as a main ingredient improves the lightness, redness and yellowness of meat when fed to a pig.
