The bar has one degree of freedom and an end (7) contacting a bent part of a rotating crank (8) connected to a lever (9), so that one position of the lever corresponds to a low position of the part (6) and another position corresponds to a high position of the part (6). The toothed part (6) is positioned at a central zone of the base.
