<p>The earpiece (34) has a head side (20) pointing to a head of a spectacle wearer. A cladding (22) is detachably connected with an earpiece core (10) and covers a section (14) of a decorative side. A covering strip (28) formed of elastomer i.e. rubber, covers edges of the cladding running in a longitudinal direction of the earpiece. The cladding surrounds the core longitudinal to a circumferential direction (U) orthogonal of the earpiece to the longitudinal direction, where the cladding includes a printed material such as leather, net material and plastic material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an earpiece.</p> |
