A soundproofed wall having excellent external appearance is provided to improve in appearance and to harmonize with the surroundings by installing to the existing soundproofed wall and remodeling the soundproofed wall itself, to make construction easy and to install in a short term by manufacturing in a simple structure, and to keep soundproofing and sound absorbing efficiencies for a long term by cutting off the inflow of impurities such as rainwater or dust to the inside of a soundproof plate. A soundproofed wall having excellent external appearance comprises posts fixed to the ground at regular intervals, soundproof plates inserted and piled in order between the posts, many support plates provided with fitting projections to be coupled to the side of the posts and contacted with the front of the post to be projected at the end, a coupling piece unified with the support plate, a decoration member(30) provided with a projection to be inserted to an insertion groove of the coupling piece to cover one side of the soundproof plate, a semi-circular guide device coupled to the front of the support plate and provided with a reflective surface to guide vehicles at night, an auxiliary coupling piece installed between the support plate and the support plate and provided with a coupling projection to couple to the side of the post, and an auxiliary decoration member(56) inserted to a coupling groove of the auxiliary coupling piece to cover the front of the post.
