A pressure adjusting device for a dust collector is provided to reduce the internal pressure of the dust collector when an internal pressure of the dust collector is excessively increased by installing a pressure adjusting device at one side of a body of the dust collector. A pressure adjusting device(200) for a dust collector includes: an exhaust hole(102) into which an external air flows, and which is formed on one side of a lower part of a body(100) of the dust collector; a housing(220) which is installed on an outer portion of the body such that the housing is formed on an outer circumferential face of the exhaust hole, and which has an inflow hole(221) formed in one side of a circumferential surface thereof; a valve plate(210) installed such that the valve plate comes in contact with an inner surface of the body to cut off the exhaust hole; a screw shaft(230) inserted into the housing such that the screw shaft is installed at the center of the valve plate, and an end portion of the screw shaft is exposed to the outside of the housing; a pressing plate(240) screwed to the screw shaft; and a spring(250) for elastically supporting the pressing plate. Further, a silencer is installed at the inflow hole formed at the housing.
