An electric heater for a vehicle is provided to arrange a side plate formed with a protrusion between a tube and a heat radiating member, and make the protrusion bent toward one surface of the tube, so that the heat radiating member is attached to the tube. A heat radiating member(30) includes a plurality of heat radiator fins(31) and a support plate(32) arranged between the heat radiator fins. A tube(20) is provided between the heat radiating members and has a heat dissipate member including a PTC element. The first and second frames(40,41) are provided at one side of the most outer heat radiating members while facing to each other. The first and second frames fix the tubes of the heat radiating members while supporting the tubes. The first and second caps(50,51) fix two opposite ends of the first and second support frames, the tube, and the heat radiating member while supporting the ends. A protrusion is formed between the tube and the heat radiating member.
