MULTI-FUNCTIONAL RF SWITCH COMBINED MICROSTRIPLINE/SLOTLINE AND STRUCTURE OF BIAS CIRCUITRY

A multi-functional RF(Radio Frequency) switch with combined microstripline/slotline and a structure of a bias circuit are provided easily to realize an SPNT(Single-Pole N-Throw) switch and a redundancy switch by arranging the RF switches in multi-stages and radially. An SPNT switch uses an RF switch. The RF switch includes microstriplines and a slotline on a top and a bottom of a dielectric substrate respectively. At least one switching device(301~310) is provided in the slotline to switch on/off an RF signal. The SPNT switch is formed by arranging the RF switches in multi-stages and has first to Nth input terminals(A1~A6) and a common terminal(C). Any one of signals inputted to the first to Nth input terminals is outputted to the common terminal.
