A fastener having undergone seizure prevention treatment usable in vacuum and high-temperature environments. The surface of a male screw (4) is coated with a polyimide film (5) to prevent from being seized. Because the polyimide film (5) protects the surface of the male screw (4), functions as a lubrication layer, has high heat resistance, and does not contaminate a vacuum atmosphere, it can be used in a high-temperature portion of a vacuum device. The fastener can be used not only for a bolt part (1) but also for fastening parts having female screws such as a nut part and a plate member in which a tap hole is formed. ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
