Bumper structure is provided to simplify work processes and to reduce costs by forming the guide member, the stiffener and the lip integrally and fixing those to a bumper cover. Bumper structure comprises a guide member(110), a stiffener(120) and a lip(130). The guide member is coupled to an air suction port(102) of a bumper cover(100) and guides outer air. The stiffener is formed in a lower portion of the guide member and equipped inside the bumper cover. The lip is formed in a lower portion of the stiffener and covers a lower end of a car frame. The guide member, the stiffener and the lip are integrally formed and fixed inside the bumper cover by a connecting member.
