A structure for fixing an ondol pipe is provided to enable safe ondol floor construction by securing a fixing member through an adhesive layer without using nails. A structure for fixing an ondol pipe comprises an adiabatic damping member layer(100) formed on a floor slab. A fixing member(200) is fixed onto the adiabatic damping member layer. The fixing member comprises an insertion part(210) and a support(220). The insertion part has a convex section, which is convex up such that the ondol pipe is inserted into the convex section. The support extends from two ends of the insertion part such that the support is in contact with the adiabatic damping member layer. The support has an oval shape. An adhesive layer(230) is formed on the bottom surface of the support to allow the support to adhere to the adiabatic damping member layer. The support is corrugated in the longitudinal direction thereof to increase a contact area with the adiabatic damping member layer.
