A hybrid position sensor having a camera and a GPS is mounted on movement means. A link of a line network with a graph structure, which link is planned to be imaged, is actually imaged by the camera at constant time intervals based on imaging plan information having a link ID for the link and an imaging plan key ID. A system for managing image data associated with geographical information manages the collected images, to which the date and time of the imaging are added, and attribute information at the time when the collected images are obtained. The management is made such that the collected images and the attribute information are associated with the imaging plan key ID. |
