A smart parking card system is provided to enable a driver to find out a parking booth by outputting position information of the parking booth using voice signals. A smart parking card(20) includes a wireless transceiver, an embedded speaker, and a parking position acknowledgement button. A parking card issuing unit is arranged at an entrance of a parking lot and issues the parking card. A parking guidance sensor(30) is arranged on a moving path of a vehicle and wirelessly transmits parking guidance information and parking position information to the vehicle, when the vehicle is close to the parking guidance sensor. A parking position sensor(40) is implemented at a bottom of the parking lot and transmits the parking position information, when a user pushes the parking position acknowledgement button. A central controller(60) stores a parking management program and is connected to the parking guidance sensor and the parking position acknowledgement sensor. |
