A fuel door assembly for a vehicle is provided to cancel mechanical operating noised caused by a driving motor, and to facilitate opening and closing of a fuel filler door and a fuel cap as the fuel filler door and the fuel cap are integrated. A fuel door assembly for a vehicle comprises a fuel filler door(40), a fuel cap(41), and a filler door moving device. The fuel filler door is installed at a fuel filler neck(50) on one side of a vehicle frame, for fueling in a fuel tank. The fuel cap is installed on one side of the fuel filler door, for opening and closing the fuel filler neck. The filler door moving device is provided on one side of the fuel filler neck for moving the fuel filler door, comprising a housing, a permanent magnet mounted within the housing, a spring mounted aside the permanent magnet, and a solenoid device mounted aside the spring for generating electromagnetic force. The fuel cap and the fuel filler door are integrated.
