A card made of Korean paper and resin sheet is provided to have ecology friendliness by preventing environmental pollution materials from being discharged in case that the RFID card is incinerated, to compensate for adhesive power and strength, and to reduce production processes and cost by enabling backside print to be performed in a pet resin sheet and thus making other special film sheet layering processes unnecessary. A card made of Korean paper and resin sheet is made by the following production steps. A Korean paper sheet(31) to be used as a base sheet is arranged, and adhesive(32) is covered on both sides of the Korean paper sheet(31). An RFID tag(20) made of an antenna(12) and an RFID chip(13) is arranged on the adhesive(32), and then pet resin sheets(34a,34b) where a printed face(33) is formed are layered on both sides of the Korean paper sheet(31). Heating and pressing processes are performed at 140 to 160 degrees by 0.3 to 1.0 kg weight for 15 to 25 minutes while the Korean paper sheet(31), the RFID tag(20) and pet sheets(34a,34b) are sequentially being layered. Then, the adhesive(32) is hardened and the Korean paper sheet(31), the RFID tag(20) and pet sheets(34a,34b) are strictly combined. |
