EVAPORATOR

An evaporator is provided to prevent the abrupt rise of an internal temperature of a vehicle by using cool air stored in a tube even if an engine is stopped, so that the abrupt rise of refrigerant inside the evaporator. An evaporator includes the first and second tanks, a plurality of tubes, and a plurality of fins. The tanks have at least one chamber and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance. The tubes are connected to the first tank or the second tank. The fins are stacked between the tubes. The first tank includes tubes(30a) through which refrigerant flows. The second tank includes cold air accumulation tubes(30b) storing cold accumulation material. The cold accumulation tubes are uniformly arranged at the front surface of the evaporator.
