A pipe connector having a locking and connecting socket is provided to prevent water leakage by coupling the locking and connecting socket to a locking ring and holding waterproof function dually. A pipe connector(20) having a locking and connecting socket(40) comprises an expanded coupling pipe(30), a concave groove portion with a screw type, a triangular packing member(21). The expanded coupling pipe has the expanded front with a trumpet type in an end of a synthetic resin pipe(11), and is used for connecting a waste supply pipe, a sewerage pipe or a waste water pipe. The concave groove portion with the screw type allows an end of the synthetic resin pipe to be inserted into the expanded coupling pipe, and is formed to have uniform distance along total outside length of the expanded coupling pipe. The triangular packing member is inserted into a space portion of an obliquely cut portion obliquely cutting a lower section of the end of the expanded coupling pipe. The concave groove portion with the screw type formed inside the locking and connecting socket is linked with the concave groove portion with the screw type of the expanded coupling pipe.
