<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a method to recycle plastic materials in a waste lamp system for a car which crushes and blends the plastic materials after separating metal materials so that it contributes to shorten recycling process. CONSTITUTION: The method to recycle the plastic materials in the waste lamp system for the car comprises the steps of: (i) crushing housing materials and lens materials as plastics having an adhesive and a surface treatment material and then eliminating metal components and extraneous matters by magnetic selection method; (ii) mixing the plastic component with a PP component of the housing and a PMMA(poly methyl meth acrylate) component of the lens and crushing the mixture to prepare recycled PP(poly propylene)/recycled PMMA compound; and (iii) adding new PP component to the recycled PP/recycled PMMA compound to produce a lamp housing for the car.</p> |
