In this disclosure, the term sheet imports e.g. film or foil. At the circumference of the driven roller (1) and parallel to its axis there is a zone of reduced circumferential friction (5), as compared with the remainder of the circumferential surface. The zone is repeated regularly around the circumference and has the same circumferential length. Depressions (4) are formed in sections (2). Each section corresponds circumferentially with the width of the blister packaging (7) stamped out from the forming sheet (3) which is sealed with the cover sheet (9).
