Mounting structure of passenger airbag module is provided to be simply assembled without additional tools by including a coupling unit for coupling an airbag housing to a cowl cross member. Mounting structure of passenger airbag module comprises a cowl cross member(50), an airbag housing(60) and a coupling unit(70a). The cowl cross member is installed to a car frame in a transverse direction. The airbag housing is located in the front of the cowl cross member and receives an airbag cushion(62). The coupling unit couples the airbag housing to the cowl cross member. The coupling unit includes a guide rib(70) equipped in any one of the airbag housing and the cowl cross member and a guide bracket(72) equipped in the other one and provided with a guide groove(74) for allowing the guide rib to be inserted.
