A method of breeding an animal by feeding Korean white pine(Pinus koraiensis) to the animal and functional meat products produced using the same are provided to improve animal immunity and meat quality and to reduce the off-flavor of meat. Leaves of Korean white pine is ground, mixed with feed and fed to animals to give meat raw material and its by-product or processed meat or its by-product. The mixing ratio of feed and Korean white pine leaf is 15 to 20:1 to 5.
