METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOT FIX

A manufacturing method of hot fix is provided to reduce costs, and to improve productivity by reducing conventional UV coating and aluminum coating to one process. A manufacturing method of hot fix comprises the steps of: injection-molding a plurality of stones with a mold(10) for forming the stones(22) by using plastic resin as material; spray-coating mixture of mirror ink and amyl to a rear surface of the stones; preparing resin composition including urethane resin, phenol resin, EVA, copper/rust oil and a high elastic hardening agent; mixing the resin composition with hot melt and forming an adhesive agent; coating the adhesive agent to the rear surface of the stones; and drying the adhesive agent coated to the stones.
