An underwater bio-signal measurement device is provided to allow a safeguard to obtain a location of a diver by tracking the location and transmitting the location information through an acceleration sensor. An underwater bio-signal measurement device(18) includes a bio-signal sensing unit, a control unit, and an alarm generation device. The sensing unit measures a heart rate, a respiration, oxygen saturation, a body temperature, and a trace of an underwater active person. The control unit receives a signal from the bio-signal sensing unit, calculates a respiration period and the oxygen saturation, and outputs a predetermined control signal when the calculated values exceed a predetermined range. The alarm generation device receives the output signal from the control unit and informs the active person and a peripheral person of a present heart and respiration state in real time.
