A humanized antibodies 3D6 and 10D5 are provided which are specifically bound toβamyloid peptide. The amino acid sequence is provided for determination of complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of light and heavy chains and coding them nucleotide sequences. Said antibodies are used for treatment of amyloidogenic diseases and Alzheimer's disease.
