A system for changing a stored number of a mobile terminal, a server and a terminal constituting the same, and a method for changing a stored number are provided to allow a reception terminal, which has received a stored number change message, to compare a phone number stored in an address list of the reception terminal and a previous number included in the storage number change message and correct the address list automatically. A transmission terminal(100) generates service basic information by using existing number information, new number information and a transmission list generated from phone numbers of a mobile terminal stored in an address list, and transmits the basic information. A central server(400) transmits a stored number change message including the existing number information and the new number information to each mobile terminal on the transmission list received from the transmission terminal(100). The service basic information further includes a text message created by a user. The new number information is a number included in caller presentation data of the transmission terminal(100).
