A power generator is provided to prevent an unusual weather phenomenon, environment pollution, and a global warming phenomenon caused by gasoline or diesel and to solve problems related to energy. A rotating pipe(10) is filled with water in a vertical state. Water is provided at two opposite sides of the rotating pipe. A key(50) and a gear(50a) rotate half by magnetic gravity if a pump(20a) transfers water of the first barrel(30b) into the second barrel. A protrusion(60a) protruding from an initial fixture part(60) is temporarily stopped and then rotates half if the pump lifts the water of the first barrel. The operations are continuously performed, so that a power generator is driven based on gravity and buoyancy.
