A cooling fan module is provided to be manufactured thinner than a conventional cooling fan module as much as the thickness of the top surface of a fan body by coupling a rotor yoke with a rotation axis and integrally forming a fan on the outer periphery of the rotor yoke. A cooling fan module includes a bearing housing(110), a ball bearing(120), a rotation axis(130), a stator(180), and a rotor(170). The bearing housing is vertically installed on a base(200), and a top thereof is opened. The ball bearing is installed inside the bearing housing. The rotation axis is rotatably supported to the ball bearing. The rotor is coupled at an upper part of the rotation axis and has a rotor yoke(171) coupled on an outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the rotation axis and a magnet(175) coupled on an inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke. The stator is attached to the outer periphery of the bearing housing, having a core(181) coupled to the bearing housing and a coil(185) wound around the core.
