A method for making multi-layer pipes and connection parts of pipelines at which template is lubricated with graphite lubricant with turning around with bandaging strip with formation of protective layer with application of layers of rubber with butt joint. To protective layer of rubber one applies long cord length of which is larger than length of the template, one fits one by one from ends of the billet flanges of end elements that rotate in free way on the billet, and support rings. Outer plane of the support rings is brought into coincidence with the end planes of the billet, one turns on the support rings the ends of the long cord, one applies to support rings layer of rubber, installs at the ends of the ingot technological flanges, winds up bandaging strip on the support rings, tightens the flanges of the end elements and technological flanges with screws. One applies cross cord on the billet, with winding wire in spiral and with formation of outer protective coating with application of rubber sheets with butt joint. |
