A power generator using gravity, buoyancy, and magnetic force is provided to obtain sufficient electricity and power without additional fuel such as gasoline or diesel. An initial fixture part(50) is mounted on a shaft(10) fixed to a bearing(11). Salt is mixed with an anti-freezing solution such that a pipe having a weight is positioned at the upper most part of a body of a rotating pipe(20) by buoyancy. A rack gear attached to the pipe having the weight moves down by a rack gear attached to an empty pipe. A sphere positioned an inclined portion moves under a passage and semi-rotates clockwise, so that the pipe having the weight is raised to the upper portion of the pipe, thereby allowing the second magnetic substance and the fourth magnetic substance to rotate half while attracting each other.
