A solid type purifying agent for tidelands is provided to prevent fundamentally a secondary pollution causable by the residues of the conventional purifying agent by using environment-friendly natural inorganic materials and bentonite. A solid type purifying agent(100) for tidelands is obtained by mixing a natural inorganic material powder, bentonite, and water, putting the mixture into a mold, and naturally drying the molded material for 5-15 hours. The tideland includes 0.02-2.3% of coarse sand(0.5 mm or smaller), 0.08-0.63% of medium sand(0.25 mm or smaller), 0.09-55.5% of fine sand(0.125 mm or smaller), 1-39% of very fine sand(0.063 mm or smaller), 2-98% of silt and clay(0.063 mm or larger), and organic materials. The natural inorganic material is ground into powder(270-300 mesh) and is provided in an amount of 70-80wt%. The bentonite comprises 10-15wt% of NA-type bentonite and is used as a binder for putting the natural inorganic materials together.
