A vehicle steering apparatus including a tie rod and a ball seat equipped with a function for preventing deflection is provided to form a plane part at the end of a spherical portion of a tie rod and form one or two protrusions at the bottom surface of the ball seat, so that the plane part is in contact with one or two protrusions, thereby allowing fluctuation even when a torque capable of deforming the protrusion is applied. A vehicle steering apparatus includes a ball seat(200) inserted into a socket coupled to one end of a rack bar and a tie rod(100) ball-jointed to the ball seat. The tie rod is formed at the end of a spherical portion thereof with a plan part(310), and a protrusion(300) is formed at the bottom surface of the ball seat, so that the plane part is in contact with the protrusion.
