The biological microchip represents micromatrix with the cells, some of them contains immobilized oligonucleotides – probes, the others – oligonucleotides for the controle of the procedure of testing, and the others– variationally, the fluorescent stains for the correct orientation of microchip at registration of results. Oligonucleotides are used as a probes. |
