A method for modeling gingivitis comprises the induction of dysbiosis in the experimental animals. Lincomycin is added to the drinking water at a dose of 30-60 mg/kg for 5 days. Starting from the 6day, apitoxin suspension is applied to the gingivae of the rats (0.5-1.5 mg/mL, 1-2 mL 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days). |
