METHOD FOR MODELING DISTAL PHALANGES OF PARTIALLY DESTRUCTED FINGERS

A method for modeling the distal phalanges of the partially destructed fingers comprises the plastics with the adjacent tissues. The double combined flap in the antegrade blood flow from the homologous finger is mobilized on the palmar surface of the injured finger. The wedge-shaped adipofascial complex of the apical part of the above flap is also generated and transferred to the back surface followed by the fixation prior to the nail growth area. The edges of the flap are adapted, and the apical part of the distal phalange is shaped. The separated nail plate is reimplanted over the adipofascial complex. The aseptic bandage is applied.
